Where are you located?

We’re located in downtown Denver at:

2048 Larimer Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80205

Our entrance is street-level, directly next to Sidecar Bar. Use the door code (sent with your appointment confirmation) to access our upstairs lounge.

What services do you offer?

We specialize in advanced, personalized skincare with a clinical foundation and a soul-soothing approach. Our menu includes:

Do you offer treatments for sensitive skin or acne?

Absolutely. Sensitive skin, inflamed acne, and barrier damage are some of our favorite challenges to work with. We use advanced modalities like Glacial Rx, LED therapy, and targeted post-treatment masks to calm skinflammation and rebuild skin health.

Are your services safe for all skin tones and types?

Yes. Every product, device, and peel we use is selected with all Fitzpatrick types in mind. We take a personalized, respectful approach to every treatment and never apply a “one-size-fits-all” protocol.

Do you offer memberships or packages?

Yes. Our membership program is designed to make consistent, high-quality skincare both accessible and rewarding. Members receive monthly treatments, exclusive service upgrades, and access to members-only offerings. Learn more here.

What skincare brands do you carry?

We carry a curated selection of clinical and corrective skincare lines, including:

Hydrinity, Mixi Skincare, Skinbetter Science, Glacial Skin, Tahnyc, Bioeffect and SIV.

Product recommendations are customized for your skin goals and needs.

What should I do to prepare for my facial?

Arrive with clean skin if possible, and avoid using active ingredients (like retinol or exfoliants) 72 hours before your appointment unless directed otherwise. If you’re not sure, we’re happy to guide you in pre-care.

Can I book if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes—with some modifications. Please let us know in advance so we can customize your treatment using pregnancy-safe products and techniques.

Is dermaplaning really included at no extra cost?

Yes. We believe radiant, smooth skin shouldn’t come with hidden fees. If your skin is in a healthy place to receive it, dermaplaning is always included in eligible facials at no additional charge.

Is The Skin Sanctum LGBTQ+ friendly?

Without question. The Skin Sanctum was created as a safe, affirming space for all identities and bodies. We are proudly woman-owned and LGBTQ+ centered—our intention is always to honor your skin and your story with respect

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee. As a small business, your time on our calendar is deeply valued and carefully held.
