Return & Order Policy

All products purchased in-store or online through The Skin Sanctum are considered final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

The Skin Sanctum is not liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is missing despite being marked as delivered, a claim must be submitted directly with the shipping carrier.

Orders placed with incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information are not eligible for replacement or reshipment.
